And, when my boys were growing up we didn&#8217;t have a lot training available on fatherhood.<br \/>\nBecause of the significance that absentee fathers have had on American families, we&#8217;re engaged in the teaching from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.abidingfathers.net\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><em>Abiding<\/em> Fathers<\/a>, specifically, the <em>From Faith to Faith<\/em> book and Study Guide. <em>Abiding<\/em> Fathers&#8217; leaders have been going into prisons to teach about fatherhood, where the effects of the absentee father have had a destructive impact.
